QUANTITY:

Individual set frozen meals are packed.
Standard box twenty meals per box (two compartment trays).

PALLETS:-

Pallet base size measures 47 inches by 40 inches. Each pallet contains 80 standard boxes. (10 boxes on the base and 8 boxes high).

PACKAGING

Meals are packaged in foil containers or CPET, suitable for oven, steam or microwave regeneration.

       
     

ORDERS

Our telesales service is available to assist you in placing your orders in good time. New clients or non-stock items will require seven days notice prior to delivery.

DELIVERY

Depending on location for delivery and total value of order, there may be a delivery charge. Clients are welcome to make their own arrangements to collect theirorders at agreed times from our premise at no extra cost.

CONDITION OF SALE

Prices, menu, case quantity, delivery charges and dates, packaging and coding are subject to alteration without prior marketing notice. Clients will be notified of all alterations at the time of placing an order.Goods must be checked on arrival and stored at the correct temperature immediately. Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours before any credits can be considered.

Prices

List prices of measl are available on request. However, attractive discounted prices are negotiated with each customer based on volume, frequency and terms of payment.

Splitting Cases

For your convenience, we are pleased to split many original cases as mixed case meals. However, in some instances a minimum of split quantity may apply with a modest additional charge for split cases.

Meals are ready prepared meals. Are supplied in individual portion meals for one person or catering pack suitable for counter retail or family packs.

 

 

Last Orders

Orders must be received between Monday to Friday before 2.00pm . Telesales will inform you of suitable delivery date.

Delivery Charges

All orders classed as minimum delivery quantity will attract a delivery charge. Delivery of products to the customer shall be in accordance with the company's delivery schedule.

 

Returns

Full cases containing damaged goods may be returned for full credit at the time of delivery only.

Shortages

The number of packages delivered must be checked in presence of the driver. Claims for shortages should be made at the time of delivery. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising as a result of failure to deliver products by particular date or arising as a result of any cause beyond the company's control.

Orders and Contracts

By placing an order with the company either via the company's telesales department or website, the customer is offering to contract with the company on the basis of these Terms & Conditions. The contract shall be formed when the company acknowledges acceptance of the customer's orders. The contract is subject to availability of stock.

 

     
   
     

Cancellation of Contract

Customers cannot cancel contract without written consent of the company. The company reserve the right to levy a cancellation charge of not less than 20% of the standard list price of the products, which are subject of the contract. Non-stock products ordered on behalf of the customer cannot be returned.

 

Pricing

We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in the event of significant unforeseen market fluctuation or in the case of printed errors. Prices are fixed on the day of delivery, not when goods are ordered. V.A.T. will be charged on goods where applicable. Based on volume, orders will attract customer discount pricing.

The company will ensure that all dated stock has an optimum remaining life when we sell to our customers. All customers are advised to check the durability date upon receipt. We therefore regret that we are unable to accept returned products relating to date coding from our customer.

Payment Terms

If credit terms have not been established, payment on delivery is required. Where credit is granted, all invoices must be paid without deductions within 14 days of date of invoice. If payment is not made in accordance with these conditions, the company will charge statutory interest on the overdue balances. Any cheques or payment due from customers to the company being dishonored by the banks will be charged £70 to cover bank charges and administration costs. No future credit will be issued to customer .
